About the Space

Private studio space with an infinity cove that is known for automotive, fashion, and music photo and video shoots. The cove fits one car comfortably but if needed it can accomodate two. Studio comes with C - stand and roller options. Confrence room is used as base camp and lobby is used as a green room. There is a dressing room and wardrobe area. We also have a large format printer for any printing needs. Files should be sent ahead of time. From now until April 2023 our Chimera 30 x 10 Soft box fee will be waived and will be free of charge.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Logan and Tim are very professional and more than helpful in making sure this studio is up to par to fit your needs. Logan was communicative and prompt in getting my booking in for the weekend. I had some questions about the space in regards to lighting and was able to stop in briefly to scout and met Tim, who gave me the run down of the space and its utilities. The day of the shoot, I was able to set up 15min before my booking time to prep and off-load some equipment for my project. Tim got me in contact with Melissa who was on site making sure if I had additional questions to make sure I didn't run into any problems. I would definitely recommend this place. The owners are very accommodating and very supportive in making sure this studio fits your needs. Thank you again!

The perfect spot for our shoot. Couldn't of been happier with the space. Logan and Tim were super helpful and made sure we had whatever we needed. We will be back for sure!

I am thrilled to have found my new favorite go to studio next to my house! I was greeted by Tim for my walk thru. He was more than accommodating and showed me all the features of the studio with the over head soft box. Logan the Studio Manager was there during our production day. He was punctual and helped everyone through out the day. Logan and his crew also went above my expectation and moved the overhead soft box for us. Like I said, this is going to be my go to studio! Thanks Ancillary Studios! Looking forward to checking out your other studios!

The space was clean, well maintained, and as described. The staff was professional and responsive. Worth noting that there wasn't any AC in the warehouse area. Would book this space again!
