About the Space

This is a 92 year old historic landmark theater in Beverly Hills. We can hold up to 2000 guests (1000 on orchestra level, and 1000 in balcony), and are available for: concert, speaking events film shoots, broadway musicals, ballet, opera, seminars, etc in the main theater. The lobby can hold up to 800 guests for galas, and up to 400 for sit down events at tables/chairs. There are also extremely elaborate dressing rooms for filming, etc, and other side rooms. We have an elaborate marquee on Wilshire, and have a corner restaurant/bar on the corner of our venue.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

I had the most amazing time in this theater! Dana was so helpful and communicative. The theater is GORGEOUS and I was impressed with how much was included. It really worked perfectly for our event. Felipe was also incredible as our Production Manager! So grateful for him, he helped us so much. Thank you, Dana!! This theater made my event 10x better!
