Welcome to We Are Here. This new, highly adaptable studio was created to meet the demands of film, photography, and live events. Our venue is perfect for concerts, fashion shows, pop ups, and any kind of community-, film- or art-driven event. Designed with production in mind, this space features high ceilings, natural light, overhead grid for lights and decor, seating, a full plug and play sound system, configurable stage, freight elevator and off street loading dock. Located in Bushwick, only 2 blocks from the Jefferson L stop, Brooklyn’s best nightlife, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner. YOUR QUOTE ON PEERSPACE MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. Our rates vary depending on many factors (including your budget). We’ll send you a custom quote on the platform based on the information you provide. 3. We recommend scheduling a free walkthrough after you’ve received your quote so we can answer any questions you may have. During this time, we’ll also go over your layout plans. 4. We’ll follow up with notes about your visit as well as a suggested floor plan. 5. Once we agree on the booking details, we’ll send you a custom offer on the platform. 6. After you’ve accepted the offer, we’ll send confirmation details. Please keep in touch if any of your event details change. Most platforms require payment upfront in full. If you need a different payment option, please contact support on the platform. 7. You’ll need to purchase event insurance and provide a COI including our studio as additional insured. This is required by Peerspace for all events. 8. From there, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you have a successful event! If needed, we’re happy to schedule one free tech / design scout before your event (up to 1hr, pending availability). If you require additional visits, you may be billed at a rate of $50/hr 9. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
