This brand new, highly adaptable studio was created to meet the demands of film, photography, and live events. This venue is perfect for concerts, fashion shows, pop ups, and any kind of community-, film- or art-driven event. Designed with production in mind, this space features high ceilings, natural light, overhead grid for lights and decor, seating, a full plug and play sound system, configurable stage, freight elevator and off street loading dock. If needed, we’re happy to schedule one free tech / design scout before your event (up to 1hr, pending availability). If you require additional visits, you may be billed at a rate of $50/hr 9. Sort of. This is the only area that can be used as storage space during your event, so we recommend keeping this as your back of house or coat check area. Are those LED screens on the walls? No! They are shakespeare lights casting into frames on the walls. They can change colors individually or in groups.

We had an AMAZING time at this venue, Ellis was incredibly supportive through all of our planning and the evening itself was better than we could have hoped for. A warm, inviting, flexible space that met all our needs and more! We had visual art on the walls, a live music set, a film screening and two play readings, and everything went off without a hitch.
