About the Space
This gorgeous beach home is located in West Palm Beach, just houses away from a small beach/water access. This is a wonderful, talum style beach home that has a hot tub, custom tiki bar, fruit trees (mangos, coconuts, limes, etc) and more. This three bedroom, 2 bath, talum style home is right near Flagler and 45th Street. This area is super close to downtown west Palm beach and more. General Rules
Casa Playita house rules:
No shoes in the house
No guests over 20
No smoking
No parties or events after 11:00 pm
Please clean up after yourselves and take out the garbage
All ages are allowed in the space

There are cameras just outside of the property and in the backyard for safety

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our property is cleaned after every single guest, we follow covid-19 measures for cleaning and make sure the space is clean and safe
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
