About the Space
A staple in hip-hop as it brought and became home to several up-and-coming music stars, some chart-topping records, and some pretty well-known visitors to our small section of the Bronx. The space is a unique design open and comforting for anything from large sessions, writers' camps, listening parties, private meetings, and get together's.

General Rules
12 People max for standard recording sessions and 25 for events must be detailed in the agreement. Cleaning fees are included in recording sessions, cleaning fees will be assessed if excessive clean-up is required. Events require a clean-up agreement prior to the start of the event.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Nothing can be removed off the walls, the furniture can be moved to fit need
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
All public areas are recorded through internal security cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in our space not only for health and safety but for maintenance and upkeep. We expect all our guests to treat our space as if it were their home. We clean thoroughly after every session an event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
