About the Space

With a flexibility to transform for total customization, the options for gathering at The Space are endless. Showers, birthdays, meetings, rehearsal dinners, micro-weddings, workshops, classes, corporate events. Form meets function with our in house inventory and seating for up to 50. Monday-Thursday Daytime Hours Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM $60 Monday-Thursday Evening Hours Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM $119 Weekend Rate Friday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM $178 Amenities Included: 8 white rectangular tables, 6 ft in length. 50 black chairs. 3 black rolling carts, 4 ft in length. One “guest of honor” chair. 2 restrooms. Free wifi. 85" Samsung Frame TV. There will not be anyone on site during your rental period, so please have all questions answered prior to your rental start time.

Set Up You are allowed to begin setting up for your event 1 hour prior to your rental period. No nails or staples are allowed on walls, only tape or command hooks. Outside vendors are allowed, and can begin setting up an hour prior to your rental period as well. You are responsible for being there to let all vendors in. The Space is BYOE “bring your own everything”. We do not provide anything outside of what was outlined in “Amenities Included”. If you would like to order pastries from Dolce Bakery, our order specialist team is happy to assist you! The bakery requires a MINIMUM of three days notice for any orders, but we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Clean Up You must clean up the space within 30 minutes of your rental period ending. Please leave The Space exactly as you found it. Please be sure that all trash is in the bins, the floor is swept, and lights are turned off. Lock the front door after exiting. If you exceed the 30 minute clean up period, a late fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to rent out The Space to other clients on the same day if available. Please be mindful of your clean up time, so the next party can get started! Damage Waiver You are responsible for making sure The Space is taken care of during your rental period. If any damage is inflicted to floors, walls, the ceiling, furniture, or fixtures, an additional fee will be incurred to your card on file. This fee will depend on the amount of damage inflicted, and is subject to our discretion. If our team has to clean up after you, an additional fee of $150 will be incurred. Boundaries The Space includes the front event room, storage room to the right, and bathrooms. Please do not enter the double doors in the back of the event room, as we have kitchen space in the back, and our bakers are hard at work!
