About the Space
Food-related or Hosting related Photoshoots work well in the open kitchen/dining area. It was remodeled with top of the line appliances and with an open concept. The dining area can easily sit 10 people which is quite rare for homes in SF.

I have a private driveway that can fit 2 regular-sized cars. There’s also lots of free street parking as well.
General Rules
No smoking in the home.
Outside catering is allowed.
You’re welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room if needed.
You’re allowed to move around furniture if needed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
I have a Ring doorbell at the entry gate and an Outdoor Floodlight Camera on the front and back of the house. There can either be turned on or off remotely, whatever the client prefers. I have one more Ring camera facing the garage.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I have a professional team of cleaners come before and after each booking to do a deep clean of all surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
