About the Space

Large one bedroom house with large patio. The main house is very classic with high end furnishings and a large archway between the living area and dining room. Long hallway between kitchen and bathroom/bedroom. Large back patio with lounges and a fully furnished guest house with bedroom and living room that can be made available upon request. The guest house can be used for shoots along with the main house or can be used to stage hair/makeup or craft services if available. There is a lot of versatility in this house and it can be used for many different types or projects or meetings.

Brandon was incredibly generous and flexible, as well as an fantastic host. The space was better than the pictures, with attention to design and detail that really upscaled our production. Parking was plentiful for our small team, and easy to find and navigate. I will always recommend Brandon to anyone who is looking for the perfect space!
