About the Space
Large one bedroom house with large patio. The main house is very classic with high end furnishings and a large archway between the living area and dining room. Long hallway between kitchen and bathroom/bedroom. Large back patio with lounges and a fully furnished guest house with bedroom and living room that can be made available upon request. The guest house can be used for shoots along with the main house or can be used to stage hair/makeup or craft services if available. There is a lot of versatility in this house and it can be used for many different types or projects or meetings.

Brandon was an awesome host! Very easy to communicate with and super friendly and helpful on the day of the shoot. The space was perfect for our shoot with plenty of space and great natural lighting. The neighborhood and surrounding area wasn't too loud and we had ample space to stage everything and everyone for our small video shoot. Would happily book again!
