About the Space
My space work well for any kind of shooting or event needed. First, the front yard can be use to shoot a lifestyle content, the backyard can be used to make an event and one of the bedroom can be used to make boudoir shoot, the living room can be used to shoot as well and the kitchen is available. Practically, the whole house is available to you for shooting. Be creative!

Free parking in the front of the house
General Rules
No smoking inside of the house. Only backyard and frontyard to smoke. Besides that, if anything comes up while there I will join it out.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The Front of the house ring bell is always on. This is the camera I use.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A cleaner is hired to get the place ready and also after using it.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
