About the Space
Thank you for considering using our space. Located in beautiful Pendleton Heights of the Historic Northeast Kansas City we offer 2000 square feet of a welcoming atmosphere. Our large windows bring in plenty of natural light that highlight our original wood floors and tin ceilings. Get some fresh air and enjoy a seat on our back patio. Our space can be configured for concerts, meetings, small groups and just about everything in between. We also have a dedicated kids area (equipped with a baby gate) that comes with the booking. With your booking, you have the option to book a barista or bartender! If you looking for cocktails for your event in addition to our bar menu, PH Coffee is happy to curate the right kind of drinks for your event, just reach out to us for additional information! We have microphones, speakers, blue tooth speakers, projector, sound system and plenty of chairs. We can hold up to 49 people in our space. We have hosted; neighborhood meetings, vendor markets, weddings, game nights, birthday parties, concerts, movie showings and everything in between.

Eric, Chris, Tim, and Afton ALL have made my experience in booking PH Coffee one of the easiest bookings I have ever come across. Eric answered ALL of my questions, Chris & Tim were attentive and wonderful bartenders for the event, and Afton was a delight and accommodating to the best of her abilities as well as highly responsive and making sure she answered all of my questions as well. My vision was to turn this coffee shop into a dance club and with that being said I needed to have full access as well as abide by the noise guidelines and rules to make sure the landlord and tenants were happy. Bottom line is everything executed smoothly because it felt like everyone cared to which I appreciate. I would recommend this gem for anyone looking for a sweet space to have a party. It is fun, hip, and easy to get to. Thank you so much Eric and crew! I appreciate your time, energy, and venue immensely.

This was a very nice space. I loved that they had a play area for the kids. It definitely kept the kids occupied during the baby shower. The baristas, Tim and Chris, were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I would definitely use this space again.

We rented this place for a birthday party. It went well. We enjoyed our time there. Staff was very friendly. We did run out of forks during our party so maybe they should keep more forks available. Also, it would be nice if they could move the picnic tables from the parking to make more spaces available. I parked at the Buddhist temple next door without any issue. Overall, I'd recommend this place and may rent again next time.

We were beyond excited to get this venue. Our request was short notice on a Friday night. The owner was wonderful - responsive and helpful. We had an event for about 50 people and this was the perfect spot. We were able to come in and decorate and the employees were not only helpful, but fun. Everything was clean and there was no issue with parking. And we were able to take amazing photos. We will be back and will use for other events. So happy we found this online.
