About the Space
We are a 750 person event center, with 1/3 fixed booth seating, and 2/3 flexible seating for tables, chair, or just open. We have a full kitchen and a full catering and bar menu available. Perfect for any type of banquet or event/concert, for film shoots, for business meetings, weddings, bah mitzvahs, etc. We also have a small lobby bar for events of 25-75.

General Rules
1. No smoking inside
2. No outside alcohol or bars, we control all alcohol
3. We prefer all catering, but are open to outside catering only for Kosher menus
All ages are allowed in the space

Typical security camera system for our venue. They can be turned off for filming or events
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean the venue daily, and are very cautious with safety protocol for Covid
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
