About the Space
We are a large concert venue that can hold up to 1500 people. 1/3 of the venue is fixed booths in the back center, and 2/3 of the venue is flexible seating with tables and chairs. We also have two large bar areas, the left side is all around a small room, with a look of a bar/cafe... the right side is a long straight bar with a lounge area. We also have a huge dance floor in front of the stage, and dressings rooms to the right of stage. We have a huge professional kitchen that could be used for film shoots, etc.

Parking description
We are in the Montclair Plaza mall. Ample parking on north side of mall, near the west bridge that leads to our venue on the 2nd floor. For load in, there is an elevator down to a loading area directly below the west bridge entrance.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There are no windows to our venue to the outside. There are windows to the mall on the southeast corner area of the bar.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have soundproofed our venue to keep our loud concert noises from disrupting other mall tenants. We are at the end of a hallway and are such a large space of the mall, we are separate from any tenants bordering our walls.

Equipment loading description
We are on the 2nd floor of the mall, but the 2nd floor parking structure has a bridge directly to us, so we are handicap accessible from the parking area to our venue. For loading in, you must use a freight elevator that is on the ground floor, that brings things directly to our backstage 2nd floor area.

Electrical system description
We can work with any group for extra power during film shoots, etc. Ask the venue rep day of event for help

General Rules
1. No smoking inside the building
2. No outside alcohol or bars
3. No outside food, we have full catering
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
We adjust the room daily. All the tables/chairs, lounge furniture can be re-arranged any time
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Standard business security cameras throughout the venue. They can be disabled for film shoots, etc.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our venue is professionally cleaned daily, to be ready for the next event. All Covid protocol is being addressed daily.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
