About the Space
Our Upstairs Balcony offers beautiful views of the puget sound and Thea Foss waterway. Located in our coworking space on our second floor. We have had people use our space for board meetings, private dinners, and other events. We offer outdoor seating, tables chairs, and soft seating options.

This space was perfect for celebrating a birthday. Booking was easy, Angela was available and quick to respond to all of my questions, and Tim was a great support during the event. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and absolutely would book here again! Bonus, even though it was almost 80 on the night of our event, the balcony was perfectly shaded and the breeze was delightful. All our guests were impressed with the space.

I booked this space for my husband's birthday celebration. We lucked out with nice, clear weather and had a wonderful time with the excellent views of the City, the water, and Mt. Rainier. The guests loved the unique and pleasant space. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with.

WOW! What an awesome location! We hosted a graduation dinner party for my daughter at the space and it was perfect. The hosts were there to let us in and even accepted our catering delivery (which showed up too early!) It was a hot day, but the space was 100% in the shade and the view couldn't be beat. I would absolutely use this space again.
