About the Space
My space is located in the heart of downtown with floor to ceiling windows show casing the beautiful river views. The executive work space is a private office with 2 executive desks, printer, coffee maker and mini refrigerator. The private work office is located in my beautiful 1000sf modern bridal boutique. We are surronded with views, restaurants and bars.

Parking description
I have 2 available parking spaces in the building garage. Mon - fri 8am - 6pm meter parking. Free parking after 6pm and weekends.
General Rules
No smoking in the building (please leave the builging to smoke it will set off the alarms)
No animals allowed in studio
No unhosted parties
Ages 18+
Security cameras and recording devices
The building and garage has 24 hour security. I do not have additional security in my studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We get our space professionally cleaned weekly and disinfect our space daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
