About the Space
My space is located in the heart of downtown with floor to ceiling windows show casing the beautiful river views. The massage/pamper room is a perfect space for massage therapy, lash services, facials, etc. It has a warm zen decor with amazing views. The pamper room is located in my beautiful modern bridal boutique. We are surronded with views, restaurants and bars.

Parking description
I have 2 available parking spaces in the building garage. Mon - fri 8am - 6pm meter parking. Free parking after 6pm and weekends.
General Rules
No smoking in the building (please go outside the building to smoke it will trigger the alarm.)
No animals in the studio
No unhosted parties
Ages 18+
Security cameras and recording devices
The building and garage has 24 hour surveillance. My studio does not have additional security surveillance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is professionally cleaned and disinfected weekly and cleaned and disinfected at the end of each work day.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
