2 spots total in the driveway + Free Street Parking There is also free street parking, but please be mindful of my neighbors when planning the shoot. I try not to swarm my street with cars for my shoots as it can inconvenience the neighbors if 15 cars park in the street just for my house. Thanks!

Master bedroom and bathroom unless previously requested

- No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - Furniture may be moved, but please be mindful of walls and ceilings as to not scratch. Please return to original place afterwards. If not, subject to an additional fee - Any stains subject to additional cleaning fee of $200. - Master bedroom and bathroom available only upon request before booking. - No smoking - No loud music after 9p ** If you go over your allotted time, an additional fee will be charged** - Rental time includes setup and teardown. - Overtime is billed at a rate of 1.5x if available Production insurance is not required ***No nudity allowed*** Security cameras and recording devices - Cameras in driveway and doorbell- ON 1 camera in backyard - ON - No filming or photography in front of any neighbor's houses or in the street, without a permit. - Please place any trash in the designated bins. - Pets need to be cleared with us before booking and there is an additional fee of $45 per pet. Please add on to your reservation. - All eating/drinking only permitted in kitchen or at dining room table or outside, unless part of shoot. Stains incur an additional cleaning fee - Please honor our home as if it was your own, thank you!
