Theres free parking on the street of the location also Free parking in front of the building along the brown wall the only space you can’t park in front of is the garage with yellow paint on the concrete

The music can be loud because it’s a warehouse scenery so no neighbors would here the sound

There’s a loading zone next to the entrance of the build but you can’t park the permanently

There we be out let’s and extension chords all around the space so it will be easy to access

. You can Smoke in rooms for Free . You can drink in rooms for Free You can drink & smoke in rooms for Free as long as you clean up after your self . No Real Guns in the room or property , prop Guns are allowed Though but you have to show HOST that there really props and not real if failed to do so and your caught You will be find $100 dollars . No smoking & drinking in front of the building or in the hallways of the building if caught you will be fined you only can drink and smoke in the area were your shoot is located . No hanging outside of the building . You are responsible with cleaning up after your booking and placing everything Back in it’s original formation . Absolutely No shooting outside of the space you booked With out asking host if caught shooting in areas that’s not apart of booking host can End your booking with no refund as a fine . We are no responsible any lost/damaged/ items ,keep up with anything you bring to the studio . We allow music to be played in the studio at a reasonable level though .we reserve all rights to take & share behind the scenes photos & footage of what ever shoot is happening on are property, for the promotion of our location . All ages are allowed but if your younger then 18 you will need an adult with you .Nudity is allowed . No Fighting leave personal issues off the property if caught fighting the property you will be Fined No parties or Events with out Asking Host if caught you will be finds $250 .
