What are we working with? ✓ Spacious 3,000 sq feet of production space ✓ 16ft x 14ft x 8ft cyclorama wall ✓ Studio directly next to parking availability ✓ Various colored paper backdrops ✓ Massive garage bay door ✓ 10G Fiber Internet ✓ Video monitoring lounge and kitchen ✓ Right across from the Woodlawn light-rail stop allowing access from UNCC and other areas in Charlotte Looking to build your own set? We have a variety of amenities and materials for you to customize the space to your liking. The studio was built for high-grade commercial videography and photography to handle any size project. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

This studio is the best money can buy! The facility is perfect for whatever you are trying to do. The space is spacious, lol, but seriously it was about 12 people in my group and everyone had space to move about without interfering with each other. Cameron is super nice and very accommodating. If you need studio space for whatever reason, this is the place.
