- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space is so versatile! I used it for both photography and video production and it had everything I needed. First off, Cameron is super responsive. He is quick to reply and answer any questions you might have and is very accommodating. This location is really convenient to access and is close to other places, like restaurants and coffee shops, if you need to step out for a break. I was really impressed with how bright and clean the studio is. It has a bathroom, kitchenette, and seating area so it's comfortable if you're going to be working there for a while. It's got a lot of space for equipment and people. What I like about this space is that it's easy to use as it's currently set up, but you could also customize it more if you wanted to. It just depends on what your project needs. It was super easy to unload and set up all of my equipment. There was also a good variety of backdrops already there for me to use for headshots. It was comfortable to work there and I had plenty of space to spread out. Overall, it's a really versatile one-stop studio for photo and video work. You won't regret booking this spot for your project.

Cameron and his team were a pleasure to work with! We had about 12 people involved in this shoot and the space was very comfortable. The CDS team was responsive and helpful with everything we needed. The space is great for productions where you need a space to have your clients/producers chill and watch a feed without being right up on your camera. Thanks again to the CDS team for being great to work with!! We'll definitely be using this space again.

Awesome space! Cameron (the owner) and his staff were super attentive and welcoming. I requested the wall be painted a specific shade of blue and they matched it perfectly. Somebody was always there to help if we needed, but they were in their office doing their own thing not being a distraction which was amazing. We had the space to ourselves, and there is plenty of space to spread out/throw on longer lenses and not feel crammed in at all which I can’t say about other local studios. Lastly, tons of extras here you won’t find anywhere else. Cameron has built in wall mounted HDMI inputs to run to multiple different TVs for clients to monitor, quality ceiling mounted bicolor LED panels, surround sound speakers to play music, and tons more. Definitely will be keeping this space in mind for future projects!
