About the Space
Single-Family home situated on 3 levels, with a full finished basement, main living floor and full 2nd floor. Main floor up a straight set of exterior steps features full open concept kitchen with quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, large dining table, family room, connected sunroom and full bathroom. Upper level has vaulted ceilings, 2 guest bedrooms (one is currently empty for storage), guest bathroom, and a primary bedroom suite with walk in closet and full marble bathroom. Ceilings are 10 feet and higher on both upper floors. Skylights above stairwell, and in both upper bathrooms. Full basement level, 3 steps down has 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, an office and living room area with a small dry bar. It features the gym area, with a sink. Plenty of counter space for holding craft/catering. Walk out to the rear brick paver patio, with an abundance of plants and a larger grass backyard. Garage spot available on a double wide alley with room for storage.

Amazing space in Logan Square. Carla was a great host. We shot a series of corporate videos here and between the floor plan, furniture, and beautiful plants I am confident the final cuts are going to look fantastic. Strong wifi as well. Highly recommended.
