This space is perfect for B-Roll shots, Photo Shoot, Movie Filming, Product Shoots, Content Creation. A Great space to capture breathtaking city views. *Please Note: The balcony has no lighting. If you need lighting for evening shoots you must bring your own and an extension cord (or add on an extension cord to the reservation) •Downstairs Balcony -Amazing open north view of the Miami River, the city of Miami and the skyline. -West city view allows for capturing the beautiful sunset sky (actual sun not typically visible from this balcony). -Grass wall backdrop -Modern chic patio furniture -Amazing night view of Miami Skyline •Upstairs Balcony -South city view of the heart of Brickell over looking the buildings pool deck PLEASE NOTE: Only the downstairs balcony is included. The upstairs balcony is avaliable as an ADD ON. The 2nd balcony IS NOT included in base rate. The space can accommodate a crew of up to 8 people. Minutes off of i-95 exit. Loading area in building receiving area. Freight elevators available for large equipment. Walking distance to many local shops and restaurants and stores.

•5 people max on balcony at one time •Guest are only allowed to use the balcony • No filming/photos inside the loft/apartment unless you have booked that space for use •Crew only allowed upstairs if 2nd balcony ad on is reserved with reservation •Crew is permitted to use downstairs apartment space for seating and staging •Lost key fob replacement cost: $50 •No loud music after 11pm • No smoking or vaping inside unit (on balcony allowed) • No pets allowed • Crew can not loiter in the hallways • Crew is only permitted on the lobby level of the building and floor of the unit • Access and use of any building amenities is prohibited unless prior written consent is given • Setup and teardown time must be done within reservation time • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking • No props which can make a permanent or hard-to-clean mess (e.g. paints, glitter, liquids) • No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. • Floor protection coverings are required on heavy equipment that can damage the floor of the unit.

GREAT HOST! Very Great communication and Keisha is absolutely amazing with hospitality! I was late to my shoot and she still accommodated me with a good amount of time to get the best footage I can get!!!Such a beautiful Upscale place I 10/10 Recommend …however The Valet wasnt the nicest or welcoming person I met But that’s out of her control!!! I’d Definitely Book again!!!
