In the heart of uptown, this 1000 square feet rental is great for high-end photography, quiet working space, filming, drone usage, or anything else you can think of that your allows your creative to run wild in! We are surrounded by tons of mural and scenic views that of which we have the best in the city; over looking the skyline, not just from our unit but our amazing roof top as well. Host onsite during all hostings.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Host was responsive and helpful, however the space I rented was not what was advertised. I was shooting a music video from the time of 5:30-7:30. Me and my teamed arrived about 15 minutes early only to walk in and it looked like somebody stayed there or just left the last night. Shoes in the floor, hats on the table, miscellaneous stuff on the counter. Me and my team used some of our production time to clean up and on top of that I paid a $75 cleaning fee when I had to clean it myself. I don’t think I got $300 worth a clean rental space. I’d love to get my $75 back for cleaning fee when that place was no where clean. I feel like if it’s going to be advertised it should always be ready for booking.
