About the Space
This beautifully renovated duplex is located in the popular Bay View neighborhood. This spacious home accommodates large and small groups perfectly! Guests have access to both the upper and lower levels. In total, you will have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate kitchens, 2 dining spaces and 2 living spaces. Both the upstairs and downstairs offer an open concept layout with wonderful natural light throughout. We also offer a backyard and two front balconies. Plenty of outlets located throughout the home and great wifi speed. Four TVs to utilize equipped with Roku.

Parking description
We have a garage spot and cement slab that can be utilized for off street parking. There's also plenty of street parking in front of the home.
General Rules
No smoking inside the building
No pets allowed
No outside noise after 10PM
No glitter or confetti
No pets or smoking are permitted on site, indoors or out. No exceptions.
You will need proof of liability insurance and MUST issue us a certificate of insurance (COI) before shooting begins.
Start time can begin no earlier than 6:00am. All events must be fully wrapped with everyone out of the home including any props, items brought in by 12:00AM. You must receive advanced permission to extend beyond the this time.
All items in the house must be returned to their original location after the shoot has completed. Taking photos before your shoot begins will ensure the accuracy of items returning to their original location.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the property. One camera at the keyless entry door, one in the back facing the yard/garage and one in the front which is apart of the doorbell. There are no cameras located inside of the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
