About the Space
Beautiful bright studio in the heart of the downtown Scottsdale in Old Town arts district. Our space is well lit by natural light making it a dream for photographers and video. We also are equipped with great lighting including ring-lights which are available for use with rental.

Parking description
We have a private lot that makes access to the studio incredibly convenient. Additionally loading in and out is a breeze as there is ample space and access. No stairs or small alleys to navigate. Simple, private parking in the heart of Old Town
General Rules
Outside catering is allowed
No Alcohol permitted after 8 pm
No loud music during business hours 8-6 pm, music may be louder but quiet hours begin at 11pm
No smoking
No pets allowed
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door/Back Door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use key code provided
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The Studio has cameras on both sides to record for safety purposes by makeup. Cameras can be turned off if needed.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize and disinfect daily to ensure we maintain the highest level of cleanliness. Its critical that in our everyday, day to day business our clients feel safe in our space and place extreme importance on ensuring we make every effort to create the safest experience for our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
