About the Space
This is a beautifully curated multi-purpose space ideal for Yoga, Tea Parties, Intimate Gatherings, Conferences, Meetings and other Small Events. We host a large rectangular room with Hardwood Floors, a restroom, Seating area, electric hookup, complete with French doors overlooking the Pasadena mountains.

Parking description
There are 2 main parking lots directly infront of and behind the building as well as an overflow lot in the far back of the property.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
No outside catering is allowed
No alcohol allowed after 8pm
No Hardware installations (Bolting into walls)
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is one security camera located at the front door and doorbell.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Floors are steamed cleaned and a professional cleaner is brought in
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
