The space can comfortably accommodate parties of 30 - 40 people, depending on seating requirements. Great for birthday parties, art shows and parties. The space features a full bar, turntables, art, plug and play projector system, all nestled inside a beautiful retro style. The space can also accommodate a five piece band and was recently used as a set piece in an upcoming Netflix series.

The space is cleaned daily by our professional cleaning team, after ever activation. Our cleaners follow Alameda county and city guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
