Whether you're looking for a food, wine or tech product photo location or a quiet place for interview video shoots and gorgeous portrait photography, this farm house located walking distance to Downtown Sebastopol sits on 3 acres of land, making it feel secluded while having access to all the amenities. The house was built in 1895, and has since been renovated to make it more spacious while still retaining its charm. Tthe designer kitchen features a focal back splash with hexagon tiles. The dining room features a redwood slab table. There are many white walls, also giving the space an art gallery feel. Outdoors, you'll find four dramatic succulent gardens, featured in the 2021 July/August issue of Sonoma magazine, offering endless backdrops for portrait or group photos. Hundreds of succulents, agave and cactus bring intriguing texture and a desert, southwest style landscape to your scene. If you want to shoot a video interview with a mountain range in the background, this property has that too. The sunken hot tub makes for an amazing backdrop for a couples or singles portrait photo. There are even great backdrops for pet portraits. The house sits on almost 3 acres, facing north into the sunrise, with filtered light coming into windows throughout the day. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
