January 2020 architectural record home of the month for the entire world. This space is a new build. A unique modern glass and concrete home with floor to ceiling giant glass sliding doors. A beautiful large kitchen with large counter space. Lots of Herman miller, and knoll furniture and unbelievable unique art. A Stunning pool, and purple tennis court outside. Beautiful Landscapping and large concrete paths. This space would be great for a kitchen shoot, a furniture shoot, and any clothing photo shoot, branding and headshots.

Pet fee: 299$/per pet 2 bathrooms in the house one bathroom outside Plenty of parking. Our rates based on amount of people, starting at 600.00 per hour for small groups. All booking start and end times are inclusive of load-in and strike time, so please include that in your reservation. Overtime: If your production runs past your booked time, you will be charged time and 1/2 per Peerspace policy. Master Bedroom Off limits, unless previously approved.Furniture can only be moved by host's approval.Floor protectors, layout boards are required while photo shooting or filming (or no shoe policy). All floors should be covered in areas where crew will be walking. Nails, tape, pushpins, clamps, etc. should not be used on any walls, doors, beam, or woodwork. Any use of fake blood, confetti, glitter, feather will insure additional cleaning fees. Anything relating to fire (smoking, candles, etc.) is not allowed. Renter accept full responsibility for any damages to the property incurred during the time of renter's booking as a result of Renter's production. COI requires for all bookings. No large trucks up drive way (vans only) We ask that your stay remains within the boundaries of the property and does not disturb neighbors.No drugs. No adult shooting. Plumbing: Please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper. Do not use dishes otherwise you will be charged $50 $350 fee for lost keys. Please leave the space in condition that you found it. That means all small items and large furniture must be returned. It's easiest to take photos on your phone to remember where all the small objects go. We are only interested in renting to clean, organized and respectful guests. Yes, I would book again.

Our time with Lori at her amazing home was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. I can honestly say that I've never had an accommodating experience like this one! The home was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures, we were able to flawlessly execute our production in this space. When we come back to Phoenix, Lori's home will be our first option :)
