About the Space

Renovated 70 year old music store that we have converted into a multipurpose space ready for rental for the following purposes: small shows, pop-ups, small gatherings, and photo or video shoots. Along with this we have two semi-backlined rehearsal rooms and can provide equipment rental including drums, guitar amps, and PA/sound system.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

First of all, the space is as extremely clean and had an amazing vibe with the music equipment on display. The owners were really professional and made sure everything was prepared for my event. I appreciate their swift communication and willingness to work around my schedule to make sure I was able to view the event before confirming the booking. 10/10 would recommend
