About the Space
This one bedroom apartment is perfect for a photo shoot and IG promotions. The apartment has a full kitchen with bathroom w/bathtub. The highlight is the amazing view of the city from the roof deck. All areas of the apartment can be utilized. The minimalist design of the apartment allows guest to either add a touch of their own or leave it for a clean photo shoot or IG promotion.

There is 1 parking spot designated from the hours of 7am-6pm on the property.
General Rules
1. Only registered clients are allowed
2. Absolutely no smoking
3. No large animals
4. No loud noise after 8pm
5. Roof deck is not accessible after 6pm

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaners are hired to clean after each guest leaves.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
