About Louie’s Creative Space
Photography studio rates starts off at $35 per hour -two hour minimum is required. This studio is for professional photographers with their own cameras. Photographer must know how to operate equipment. What’s included: White backdrop 3 strobes light Trigger C stand Clamshell reflector 5 in 1 reflector Grass wall 2 strip boxes Bluetooth speaker Free wifi 1 soft box A unique place to create different looks/styles . EXTRA GUEST:: 1-4 no charge 5-6 $10 per hour WEEKDAY RATES Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM $35 per hour 2 hour minimum WEEKDAY AFTER RATES Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM $45 per hour 2 hour minimum WEEKEND RATES Sat, Sun All day $45 per hour 2 hour minimum

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
