Beautifully designed space. Perfect for photoshoots, filming or content creation. BEAUTIFUL NATURAL LIGHT!! It’s industrial, chic design shows up on camera well and is the perfect creative space! Views of downtown Charlotte and the Bank of America Stadium! Downstairs hosts a small kitchen and bar height counters, a small office space and living area. Upstairs has an open, loft style bedroom and full bath, with washer/dryer combo. Perfect for Boudoir photoshoots!

This is a great and beautiful space and it does look exactly how it looks like in the photos. The day I rented it, it was raining so I didn't get to fully utilize the sun and natural light that comes through the windows. But the light from the windows definitely fills the whole space. The host communicated directions on how to get into and leave the space. This was the perfect space for my photo shoot.
