About the Space

Beautifully designed space. Perfect for photoshoots, filming or content creation. BEAUTIFUL NATURAL LIGHT!! It’s industrial, chic design shows up on camera well and is the perfect creative space! Views of downtown Charlotte and the Bank of America Stadium! Downstairs hosts a small kitchen and bar height counters, a small office space and living area. Upstairs has an open, loft style bedroom and full bath, with washer/dryer combo. Perfect for Boudoir photoshoots!

The space comes with ONE free parking spot. Additional vehicles will have to pay for parking in the garage or use available street parking. **SWIPING IN/OUT ADDITIONAL PARKING GUESTS INTO THE GARAGE WILL RESULT IN A $25 PARKING FEE PER VEHICLE**

General Rules

No smoking inside condo or on balcony. No pets allowed. No loud noises after 10pm. Noise should be kept to a moderate level from 8am-8pm. Food is allow, but please tidy up after yourself. Furnished may be rearranged to accommodate your needs, but please place furniture back in its original place before leaving. All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require pre-approval, and may require additional cleaning fee. Please allot enough time for set up and clean up when booking. Additional charges may apply for late departures.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved around but should NOT leave the apartment. All furniture must be returned to its original location prior to departure.

Unit is disinfected with cleaning solutions between all bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
