About the Space
Situated at the end on a cul-de-sac is this charming, one-story, completely remodeled and upgraded Spanish style home in Altadena with lovely mountain views. Spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, original built-ins and tons of natural light throughout. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, soft close drawers, subway tile and Quartz countertops which overlook the dining area. This home offers three bedrooms: A primary bedroom with a bathroom featuring dual sinks and spacious stand-alone shower. Two additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The backyard is very private and offers shade from an Oak tree and kids swing.

Lighting description
The house gets lots of natural light starting around 7:30-8:00 a.m. depending on the time of year. Each room has a window that can be opened, except for the guest bathroom. The french doors open in both the family room and master bedroom. The master bathroom has a skylight.

Ambient noise description
The street is not busy. The home appliances including the washer and dryer make little noise when they are on. The central AC is quiet throughout the house.

A ramp can be used at the front of the house to move equipment in/out via the front door. The driveway can also be used to move equipment through the back.

General Rules
No smoking in the house. Outside and indoor catering is allowed. Please clean up any trash or remove any belongings before leaving.

Production insurance is required
Standard production insurance (COI) is required. Proof of coverage is necessary before production can begin, which should include property damage, production equipment damage, personally injury, animal injury, or loss of life.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Any furniture that is moved must be kept in a safe location and moved back after production has completed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
