Creative Workspace Warehouse - Studio C

This is a premiere acting studio located in the desirable location of North Hollywood, where all the magic happens. We are looking to rent out the space for small scale work use, meetings, and events. Perfect space for self tapes, small conference meetings, photoshoots, classes, auditions, etc.. Our 3 studios, computer/desk room, office, conference room, bathrooms, seating area, and kitchen will be available for use. Has a view of Circus Liquor store from across the street, which has been featured in several films, TV shows, and media, including 90's classic Clueless and Snoop Dogg's music video. Parking lot has 10 spots, with lots of street parking typically available. Wifi, air conditioning, and kitchen amenities available. 1 men's multi stall bathroom, 1 women's multi stall bathroom, 2 gender neutral single use bathrooms. One story / floor with no stairs besides a few steps, very accessible and ability friendly. Rooms and bathrooms with mirrors that can be used for hair/makeup/wardrobe if needed. Looking to rent out individual spaces within the studio at a time (sometimes as classes in certain studios will be in session) but open to renting out entire space as per request.
