This modern loft is fantastic for photoshoots, mini productions, short term art exhibitions, meditation gatherings, yoga classes and holistic healing gatherings. 900 sq ft (2 floor loft) with 20 ft high ceilings, lush green plants perfect for backgrounds and an aesthetically beautiful environment. Both floors are available for use, top floor is perfect for quiet zone during filming, more private cozy area during events, also can have private healing sessions done upstairs while larger group is downstairs. *****NOTICE RATE DIFFERENCES****** $75/hr is for still photography productions 1-4 people. $85/hr for bookings of 5-8 people including all film productions. $95/hr for all bookings 9-12 people. * Beautiful ambient natural light in South facing windows. * Versatile wall options in the main area. Concrete on one side and white walls on the other. * A dreamy Bali bathroom with banana leaf wallpaper for great product shoots. * Rain shower bathroom with real plants in the background. * Ground floor entry for easy access * 1 Gated parking available and there is plenty of street parking in the area * Industrial, metal spiral staircase * Free Wi-Fi * Central A/C * Free Coffee & Tea MEDITATION GATHERINGS Cushions provided for seating Tea and tea cups available for up to 12 people Candles provided to create the perfect atmosphere PAINTING CLASSES Gallery hanging system is in place for small group shows or display of your art while you teach a class. 8 Easels are provided 8 Painting palettes Seating area for break time

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

We rented the space for an afternoon workshop for 10 people, and it was perfect. The renter was incredibly helpful, greeting us upon arrival and showing us where everything was. The space itself is beautiful, with plenty of natural light and air-conditioning, making it very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the upstairs area, it seemed very tranquil. We also didn't get a chance to try the loose leaf tea, but knowing it was available was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a great experience!
