About the Space
This is an intimate and dynamic studio space for Creatives. It is a studio great for dancers to hold small dance rehearsals or private dance lessons, and it's also a great space for photography with the many different lighting options, including natural light and blackout curtains. It's a wonderful studio space for yoga sessions, personal fitness, content creation, business meetings (we provide tables & chairs), and so much more. We also have uplighting in various colors available to set the mood for your studio experience. The layout is a one room intimate studio with great flooring, mirrored walls, high ceilings, and bluetooth speakers.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was really clean. Very comfortable. Street parking was conviently available. No complaints whatsoever. The owner was very polite and helpful. I am planning my next photoshoot as we speak.

Lorraine is a life-saver. She was able to accommodate somewhat of a last minute request for me. The studio I usually book with had no openings. I was desperate to find a reasonably priced studio in Philly and stumbled upon Lorraine's studio on Peer Space. Lorraine was a gracious host who replied quickly to all of my questions. The day of my event, her daughter greeted us upon entering the studio to show us the sound system, lighting, AC, heat, and restrooms. The studio is a nice size for a small class or rehearsal. There were only 4 of us, so we had more than enough space. The space was clean, well-lit, and equipped to host the dance class.
