About the Space

This space is a beautiful, large open concept room for bookings. We offer decor, backdrops, photo and video service, DJ and audio plug-in systems, bouncy castle, and a multicolor room lighting. It is perfect for birthday parties, kids events, private functions, live performances, dance practices and more. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you are interested.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

The event space may appear strange being in a random commercial plaza but it's an amazing place for a medium sized event (based on the room we had). Booking was simple through peerspace and the event space contact was attentive to all my questions with very quick response turnaround. It was cheaper than a lot of other locations within the Vaughan area. The space has ample lighting with the ability to change to set any type of mood/concept. It has Bluetooth connectivity to bring your own music playlist and good options to setup a backdrop. Tables and chairs were provided with an on-site photographer which was amazing! Only 1 draw back was there is a lack of any garbage bins and the need to throw it out ourselves but the staff being accommodating everywhere else makes up for it. All in all it was a great space for our baby shower event, would recommend to friends&family and book again!

I had my son's 30th birthday at Vibrant Event Space He has a small band and this was the perfect spot for this function. The acoustics in the room were perfect great sound. The entire process was easy and accommodating. We had someone there the entire night who was very helpful and was there for anything we needed.

Super accommodating! The space was a decent size for our party, and they were able to provide us with everything that we needed. Would definitely book this space out again.
