About the Space
Our podcast studio features an octagon shape which allows for up to 8 guests. Typically most clients use up to 4 spaces during podcast recordings. Mics are included with rental Meeting room with kitchenette Bathroom Bluetooth speaker

Security Cameras in the studio space and common area for protection and security of the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer available in space. All surfaces are cleaned daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.
This was a overall wonderful experience. Darryl made us feel comfortable with providing outstanding hospitality. I didn’t come fully equipped and he was kind of enough to provide an extra service and honestly he did not have to. A great business owner and you’ll feel right at home if you book. So please book you won’t regret it!!
