About the Space

Newly renovated Dance Studio conveniently located behind U-Village. The large open space is ideal for events, parties, workshops or practices. Our large floor plan allows for versatile event space with large mirrors and party lights. The space also has tall ceilings to allow plenty of air flow. There are two bathrooms and a private cozy studio available for extra practice space or a place to change and store equipment. Plenty of parking available on the street on weeknights and weekends. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Venue: The venue is really well maintained. The flooring is meticulous, the bathrooms were clean, and everything was in working conditions. It does get a little hot in summers, but there are fans. We were doing a musical show, so had to shut off the fans to prevent noise. Location: Our event was in the evening, and there is tons of free parking around. The studio entrance is in a little alley, which actually makes it a little private/intimate, but you have to be communicative with your guests with directions/signs. Equipment: The speakers and console were all set and ready to go. The lighting was all working, and everything was super smooth. Communication: There were some initial miscommunication regarding availability and pricing, but we were able to change our date and Lucy honored the original quoted price. She was super prompt in all other aspect, and transparent about the extra charges for any extra time for sound check, or for her team's help. She was also helpful in communicating about parking. There were no surprises, and she was courteous and overall supportive of our initiative. Team: The team is very professional, passionate about what they do and the venue, and are great human beings.

Lucy is an amazing host. She is very responsive and very professional. I had a proper walk through of the space to go over everything I needed to know. The space itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything I needed to plan my event without a hitch. I would definitely book again.

I celebrated my birthday party in this space and had an amazing time with my family and friends. Its very clean and spacious. There was a backdrop available for us to use and the host Lucy was kind enough to make adjustments to my preference through coordination before my event date. Lucy was professional in communication and exceeded my expectations. Another amazing host, David, welcomed my group day of the event and was always available to provide support throughout the night upon need. I definitely recommend the space and plan to book again :)
