About the Space
Beautiful 20-acre farm resort with a 4500 square feet Victorian style home, 3-acre pond, inground pool, windmill, stream, forest area. We have exotic and unique farm animals including alpacas, mini horse, pony, rare breed chicks, ducks, and bunnies. Also has four barns and event space for various uses. Great for weddings, events, nature setting, and manufactured warehouses. Plenty of outside and inside space. Can fit needs of many.

Plenty of paved area to park. Can fit about 30 cars.
General Rules
There is no smoking inside any of the buildings. Pets and children must be supervised at all times.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras on the outside but they are currently off. For outside security purposes. No devices are inside of the home. There is a doorbell camera and cameras by the parking lot.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean in accordance to CDC guidelines. We follow all government mandates.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
