The ground floor consists of an entrance hall and stairs take you to the second floor with open plan dining area with the fireplace, kitchen and living room with U-shaped sofa. Bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Coffee and water are available in the kitchen area. There is a sitting area on the balcony surrounded by the lovely garden and firepit for more intimate atmosphere. The space is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks. This home is in the Houston heights area so it'll benefit you to encourage your guests to use a ride share option as parking could be a hassle on certain dates. PLEASE NOTE!
