About the Space

Open space with white walls and white concrete floor which is perfect for headshots, maternity, newborn, family, or milestone sessions. The studio is one main room with a restroom and changing area. The front of the studio is a wall of windows with a layer of sheers and a layer of linen curtains, to adjust for your preferences. The back storage area and curtained-off wardrobe are not available with the rental. Various chairs, benches, props, moveable black wall, and a white futon which folds down to a bed are all available with the rental. There is a small area with a Nespresso machine, Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator. There's also a diaper changing station and small table and chairs for kids to play at. For newborn sessions a beanbag or posing table is available as well as a heater, heating pad, and sound machine. All white fabric layer set up (4 fleece and 3 white layers) can be added on, otherwise please bring your own fabrics. **Do not enter the space until the scheduled time. Everything must be returned to it's original place and all items removed within the scheduled booking time.** Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you are interested.

No smoking in the building. No drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises. No overnight shoots, shoot cutoff time is 8pm. The person renting the space must stay if any other people they've brought are there. Pets are welcome but clean up after them. No entering the back room or the curtained off area. Trash must be picked up and put in the trash cans. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGE: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
