With a captivating play of light from our north-facing, wall-to-wall floor to ceiling 13' windows, this approximately 880 sq ft venue is the canvas to your imagination, with props aplenty, rollable walls in six distinctive colors, and parking details designed for easy accessibility. Capacity: - Ability to comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests. - Seating arrangement features chairs and sofas for up to 35 individuals. Amenities: - Various props including chairs, sofa, stools, and evident greenery to set a luxuriant venue. - Audio and visual aids available, featuring a projector and music speakers. - Added convenience of restrooms and lounge furniture onsite. - Offers a single-entry loft for exclusive privacy. let’s just start by saying BOBBY WAS AMAZING ! I booked this space VERY LAST minute and he was very accommodating. The space had very good lighting and some much space to execute any idea we had in mind . My photographer LOVED the space and we will definitely book again .

The space was clean, super easy to access/park, and had several background choices! The street it's located on is a bit noisy since it's a busy street so consider this for any audio if you are utilizing the natural light since you need to be near the main window, but for photos, video, and content creation, this is fantastic! The studio is quite spacious and also quieter towards the back but additional light(s) would be needed!

First time shooting at this studio and there was plenty of room, chairs and props to work with. Because of a power outage, the AC went down and it became pretty warm inside. I let Bobby know and since it wasn't feasible to get it fixed while I was there, he offered me a credit for another time. I understand things happen and Bobby let me know when it got fixed, was easily reachable and responded very fast. I'm hoping to shoot here again!
