About the Space

Our space was created with your privacy, productivity and your company's personal goals in mind. You can rent your own private floor with open desk workstations, conference areas with 65 inch display monitors, kitchenette, lounge, a cafe area and two private bathrooms. Guests can customize their experience with our exclusive catering or choose to do their own. Multiple floors can be booked to accommodate guests of 20 - 75. It is the perfect location for your on demand office, company off site meeting, brainstorming session, training session, executive meetings, professional events, or even photo shoots. You'll be able to work uninterrupted with our invisible service - give us a call or email as needed but we will stay out of your hair!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Incredible start to finish. DJ, Tali, and Orlando might just be the best locations team I’ve dealt with. Super accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing shoot. The day went flawlessly and the space was great. We had a major celeb on site too and they loved the amount of space and accommodations!

Yes, I would book again.

Amazing experience. Great space to work, and the kindest team of hosts. There are many advantages for production, including the quality of the people, the flexibility of the space, and the infrastructure. I worked with a team of 16 people and we had a blast. The space is suitable for a number of activities. Vary thankful for the treat DJ gave us, from day one until this very moment.
