About the Space
Open training space located behind Universal Studios. Can be used for meetings, photoshoots, seminars. Training floor is an open floor plan. There is a lounge located in the studio along with access to the bathrooms for both male and female and showers. Ample free parking in the plaza. Music on site. AC on site. Bright white lights in the space and high ceilings. Several big screen TV's that can be accessed via USB or Airplay.

Plaza can fit 80+ cars on both sides of the building.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering allowed. No excessive noise weekdays before 4pm. No access to stocked merch/food that is on display.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras located inside of the building and also outside storefront.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Disinfectant that kills Covid-19 is used in the studio space for regular disinfecting.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
