About the Space
Cheerful and spacious space to work individually, or rent out the entire space for a group meeting or for a small Event. The creative space has seating for 30 people (can bring more chairs if needed), exceptional high-speed internet, and a 60in smart TV with HDMI that can be used for presentations. We also include a complimentary water cooler with hot and cold water, a fridge for your food, a microwave, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, cups and lids, and mixing straws to mix your drinks. With its convenient location, that is close to everything and major highways without the downtown fees and traffic. The space is located on the 2 floor of the two-story building with elevator for your use and comfort. Look forward to hosting you 😊

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I’m honestly let down. when I arrived to the event space it was left dirty. Tables unclean. Floor unswept. Walls dingy. The space provided was not what it is advertised to be. Not worth the price. Terrible service.

Host was very responsive and helpful. All information provided was very thorough. We thought it would be a little bit bigger but still ended up working for what we needed. We used this space for a baby shower and we’re able to tightly squeeze everything in. Building was very hot though, the bathroom didn’t work the best but is not the hosts fault. Some items were not able for us to use which also was inconvenient; specifically the fridge and water cooler.
