About Franklin Creative Studios
We have had all sorts of events in our space from photography to video shoots for record labels, yoga and pure bar to baby showers and live concerts. Our space has some great art on the walls that can be moved to give you a cleaner pallet as well as a few moving walls to give you more texture. We have a kitchen and a private bathroom.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaner that cleans the space regardless of if it is booked or not. We also have direct door to outside if you would like to limit how many people work in the space at a time. There is a lot of parking so your folks can stay in their car until their part of the process is required should you wish to do so. The current codes for COVID in Tennessee re not very stringent for our tenants but do what you need to to feel safe.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
