About the Space

Newly remodeled in 2017 home on the Westside. Plenty of natural light in every room. Original details include indoor & outdoor gas fireplace, backyard wood burning fire pit with seating, windows, vaulted ceilings. Newly renovated interiors offer fresh and modern design, including updated bathrooms, kitchen w/ dining room, hardwood floors, appliances, and furnishings. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for lifestyle shoots. Detached studio contains 4 working pinball machines. Double gates gives you wide, direct access from driveway to backyard. Please note: the large outdoor sofa in the backyard does not currently have cushions. The oversized outdoor natural color ash wood picnic table is protected by a gray cover when not in use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This location was perfect for our photo and video shoot. Not only did we utilize the interior of the location which was impeccably decorated, we also utilized the outdoor areas in both the front yard and backyard and the property as a whole gave us multiple looks for the campaign we were shooting. The owners were extremely helpful, and responsive through out the booking process, allowed us to tech scout the property with very short notice, and were very accommodating in regards to the needs for the shoot. I would absolutely book this property again as it worked so well for our indoor and outdoor concepts for the project. Not to mention the home was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the site rep was extremely helpful upon our load in to the location.
